Albert M. Boyle, 64, 450 West 9th Stre, Erie, died at Hamot Medical Center, Erie, Tuesday Feb. 5, 1985, following an extended illness. He was born in Summit Twp. Sept. 22, 1920, a son of Matthew and Euphius McGuire Boyle. He was employed by Lord Manufacturing Co., Erie, and was a U.S. Army veteran of WWII. He was a member of American Legion Poet No. 2, Erie. Survivors include one aunt, Myrna McCarthy of Meadville, several nephews; and one niece. He was preceded in death by one sister, Bessie Russell; and two brother, Paul E. Boyle, and James A. Boyle. Private funeral services were held at the convenience of the family at the William H. Houghton Funeral Home, Linesville, with the Rev. Russell Hines, pastor of the Linesville United Methodist Church officiating. Interment was at the Evergeen Cemetery, Harmonsburg.
